Join the Varsity Big Red Team as they kick off their 2026 Summer show season at Denver Polo Club’s Sunday Funday Opening Day event. The Westernaires Varsity team will perform a Grand Entry as well as their famous Firelight drill between polo chukkers. Don’t miss this fun day filled with horses and excitement!

Doors open at 10:00AM and Grand Entry begins at 11:00AM. General admission ticket pricing starts from $29. Tickets are available starting on April 13th and can be purchased in advance from the Denver Polo Club website.

The world-famous Westernaires Varsity Big Red Team makes their thrilling return to the Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo in Vernal, Utah. Vernal’s Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo is an old tradition for Varsity riders, and we are honored to be returning to this one-of-a-kind Father’s Day weekend event.

Rodeo has been a mainstay in Vernal since 1924. Although the name of this event has changed over the years, the Dinosaur Roundup continues to be one of the top spots for showcasing world-class rodeo talent. Around 600 professional rodeo contestants from all across the world compete annually, with World Champions in every event.

The Westernaires Varsity Big Red Team and their specialty acts will be performing in a full pre-show before each rodeo on June 18th, 19th, and 20th. The show begins at 6:30PM each evening, with the rodeo kicking off at 7:30PM, so be sure to grab your assigned seat tickets in advance. Purchase early for the best seat selection.

The Westernaires Riders of the Steppes team make their appearance at the Colorado tradition that is the Flying Heels Rodeo in picturesque Granby, Colorado. The team will kick off the rodeo with their Grand Entry, then return later in the evening with daring stunts and pyramids performed on dashing horses that will knock your socks off.

Rodeo has been a mainstay in Granby since 1943. Pull your boots on and come join Granby as they celebrate the sport of rodeo every Saturday night in June and July, plus July 4th.

Ticket prices: Adults $20, kids 6-12 $15, seniors $10, and Military are free with ID.

The world-renown Westernaires Varsity Big Red Team and special guests to be announced make appearances in celebration of Independence Day at the Flying Heels Rodeo in beautiful Granby, Colorado. Come see what many rodeo producers have labeled as the “Best Precision Mounted Drill Team at Speed.” 

Rodeo has been a mainstay in Granby since 1943. Pull your boots on and come join Granby as they celebrate the sport of rodeo every Saturday night in June and July, plus July 4th weekend.

Westernaires will be performing in the rodeos on the evenings of July 3rd, 4th, and 5th. You won’t want to miss the Varsity Big Red Team’s July 4th performance of their Lighted Remix Grand Entry act — a rare sight to behold in a spectacular outside venue. Catch Westernaires the morning of July 4th in the annual Granby July 4th Parade in downtown Granby, which starts at 11:00AM at Agate Avenue (U.S. 40) & 5th and ends at Mesa St & W. Topaz Avenue.

Western Heritage Day Shows

Part of our Westernaires Community Week, and celebrating National Day of the Cowboy, come out for this free Wild West experience featuring some of the Westernaires Red and White division horseback drill teams, exciting specialty acts, and interactive experiences for everyone.

Specially tailored for summer camp groups, child day care classes, and adult day care groups, this fun-filled, inclusive event offers 30-minute long, unique, action-packed shows every 45 minutes. Activities are offered for all ages! Outdoor fun like the petting zoo, face painting, and interactive learning opportunities make the Western Heritage Show a smash hit with kids and adults alike.

Each show is held indoors in a climate-controlled space, with different performances every 45 minutes, beginning at 10:00AM and going until 2:45PM. Other activities outside of the show arena commence at 10:00AM and go until 2:45PM. Bring a picnic lunch and stay for the fun!

Sac County Fair in Iowa

Westernaires is honored to be making their first trip ever to the grand tradition of the Sac County Fair in Sac City, Iowa. Opened in 1870, the Sac County Fairgrounds has hosted more than 150 Sac County Fairs, and today draws more than 12,000 fair visitors from all over Iowa and surrounding states.  

The Westernaires Varsity Big Red Team will be performing full arena extravaganzas in the afternoons of July 28th & 29th. Westernaires Grand Entry and specialty acts will perform during the July 29th evening rodeo.  Other appearances to be announced.

Westernaires is proud to be a part of this accessible rodeo and fair experience designed for designed for individuals with disabilities, lower mobility, and/or sensory sensitivity. This event offers a fun and welcoming environment filled with interactive activities like roping, barrel racing, and even riding a real mechanical bull—just like a traditional rodeo, but tailored for all abilities.

Evergreen Westernaires Show

As part of Evergreen Rodeo’s festivities, the entire Westernaires performance division appears in Evergreen for a ticketed extravaganza show.

See precision drills at speed, along with thrilling horse acrobatics, daring trick riding, trick and fancy roping, liberty riding, a dressage exhibition, and much more.  It's great family entertainment that frequently leaves the grandstands stomping their feet and clapping their hands with delight!

Entertainment begins at at 12:30PM. Gates open at Noon. Tickets are $15 each for adults and kids ages 13 and up. $5 for kids ages 5 to 12. Kids ages 4 and under are free. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at the gate, but we highly recommend avoiding the lines by purchasing your tickets in advance here on the Westernaires website.

Celebrating Snowmass’ local heritage, this equestrian themed event returns to the Snowmass Rodeo Grounds for its third year to celebrate the long-standing tradition of horsemanship in the Roaring Fork Valley. From 11:00am to 2:00pm, get up close and personal with the animals of Smiling Goat Ranch, watch equestrian demos, and enjoy a marketplace filled with favorite farmer’s market vendors and activities for kids.

Wild West EquiFest Horse Expo in Torrington, Wyoming

The Westernaires Varsity Big Red and Cavalry teams will put on a one-hour extravaganza show as part of the Wild West EquiFest Horse Expo. This fantastic event is put on by Operation Remount Corporation and provides a way for veterans and 1st responders to heal while providing an American Mustang a forever home. Through one-on-one gentling and training, veterans and first responders build trusting relationships with their equine companions.

This fundraising event attracts horse enthusiasts and families from the community and surrounding areas. Activities of this one-day festival include: vendors, demonstrations, kids’ activities, concession stands, a live auction, and the one-hour arena performance by Westernaires.

All donations and proceees from concession and auction activities will go to support the mustangs for veterans and first responders program.

This event takes place in the indoor comfort of The Pavillion at Goshen County Fairgrounds in Torrington, Wyoming. The full day of events starts at 9AM, and Westernaires performs at 4PM.
