Exhibitor Booth Rental at Annual Horsecapades Show
ANNUAL WESTERNAIRES HORSECAPADES SHOW to be held this year on Saturday October 17, 2026 and Sunday October 18, 2026 in the National Western Events Center. Returning vendors can purchase discounted exhibitor booths by July 31, 2026. Regular pricing for exhibit booth rental begins August 1, 2026. Returning vendors have until September 9, 2026 to reserve — payment must be received by this date. Exhibitor booth spaces will be distributed to exhibitor waiting list starting September 10, 2026
Booths are approximately 12’ wide and 6’ deep. Booth Rental is $200.00 for the whole weekend (all four shows), which includes 2 exhibitor badges and 2 parking passes. Additional badges and parking passes if needed may be obtained for an additional fee. Tables and chairs are available for an additional fee. We are also offering a $20.00 discount off the booth fee for early payment by July 31st.. Westernaires does not collect any percentage rental on gross sales from booths.
Booth payments are due by September 9, 2026 (with no discount). We do have a waiting list and will begin offering booths to our waiting list on September 10, 2026.. We look forward to hearing from you and appreciate your continued support!

EXHIBITOR BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Booth spaces are approximately 12’ wide x 6’ deep. Electricity is available, although exhibitor will need to bring their own extension cords (75' to 100' suggested) and multiple outlet plugs. Partitions and all other booth fixtures are to be furnished by the exhibitor. All materials must be flame retardant. Rental Rate: $200.00
2. Additional equipment rental rates: Chairs $5.00 each, Tables (8’) $15.00 each.
3. All exhibits and exhibitors must be in place at the following times and dates:
Saturday, October 17, 2026 (9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
Sunday, October 18, 2026 (10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
4. Exhibitors are requested not to staple, tack or glue articles to the tables provided.
5. Exhibitor’s canceled check is confirmation of booth space. Receipts may be requested.
6. Exhibitors are responsible for the collections and/or payment of all taxes, fees and governmental charges. Westernaires, Inc. charges a booth rental fee only and does not collect a commission from exhibitors’ sales.

* Two (2) Exhibitor badges per booth are allotted in the rental rate. (Additional badges may be obtained for $15/each)
* Two (2) Parking passes per booth are allotted in the rental rate. (Additional parking passes may be obtained for $15/each)
* Choice of space is awarded in the order Agreements are returned unless a phone or email reservation is made prior to July 31, 2026. We will endeavor to keep your previous year space but this accommodation is subject to the space allotted to us by the National Western.
