Advertisement in This Year's Horsecapades Program
If you’re looking for a way to support youth in the community while also getting real advertising value, Horsecapades is a great fit. Horsecapades isn’t a small neighborhood event. With tens of thousands of attendees at each of our three Horsecapades performances, an advertisement in our professionally-printed program gives your business a tangible presence with people connected to Westernaires, our 1,000 members, and their families.
Advertising artwork and inquiries can be sent to advertising@westernairesalumni.org. Deadline: All program advertisements must be purchased and submitted by September 23rd, 2026 (recently extended!) in order to make the program printing cutoff. Please note that all artwork must be sent in by September 27th.
Please also note that this is a GREAT place for you to pay for your advertisement that may have already submitted. Simply follow the prompts to select Yes from the field asking “is this a payment for an ad turned in already?”
The deadline for advertisement submission is September 23rd, 2026. After purchasing your advertisement here, please email your advertisement artwork no later than September 27th to advertising@westernairesalumni.org. Preferred file types include .pdf, .tiff / .tif, and .jpg.
