Advertising artwork and inquiries can be sent to Advertising@westernairesalumni.org. Deadline: All program advertisements must be purchased and submitted by September 6th, 2025 in order to make the program printing cutoff.
If you plan to submit a donation in lieu of your advertisement payment, please note that your ad and rider credit will process as usual, as long as you donate your in-kind price of the ad to the Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day site on September 3rd, on or after 6PM please. Once we verify your donation made through that site, we will process your advertisement for the program. We thank you for taking part in this program that affords Westernaires the opportunity to benefit from a matched donation through CYSGD and Colorado Gives!
The deadline for advertisement submission is September 2nd, 2025. After purchasing your advertisement here, please email your advertisement artwork to advertising@westernairesalumni.org. Preferred file types include .pdf, .tiff / .tif, and .jpg.
