Sunshine is a paint pony. Even though he thinks he is the head of the herd, he is not. He can sometime be mean to the other ponies, but loves people a lot.

Sunshine has beautiful brown eyes. Most people call him Sunny instead of Sunshine.

A really cool thing about Sunshine is that he can count. You say, Sunny what's 2+2 and he will pound his hoof four times on the rail. He doesn't always do it , but sometimes he will try to get your attention by counting. He is a fairly small pony... probably one of the smallest. He is adorable and very cute. He is always first to the food pile.

Sunshine by Margaret

Sunshine, or Sunny as most people at Westernaires call him, is a shetland mix. He has the beautiful marks of a red and white Paint, and the trouble-making brains of the tiny pony he is.

Sunny is about 10, or 15 years old and fathered Snickers (yep, he (Sunny) used to be the pony stud, but not any more...)

This little fellow is really sweet, but like all the ponies, gives you trouble (bucking) when you try to put him to work. Be warned! Sunny is a master at grabbing a bag that you left by the pony fence, expecially if it looks like it might have some treats in it!

I love Sunny!!! I am assigned (2006) to Sunny for Pony Hoedowners. He is about 12-years old and is very sweet and loveable. Sunshine is a brown and white paint pony and he loves attention. (Be careful though. He nips because he thinks you have a treat, but he's just playing with you!) Sunshine is new to the hoedowner sequence and this is his first year riding and being in a show!
