Rosie by Tori

I ride Rosie, who is a 23 year-old pony. She has been with Hoedowners for 13 years. Rosie has had 3 children: Lucky Lady, Marty, and Bud. She is reddish-brown (more red than brown) with a white blaze (stripe) all the way down her forehead. She is a Shetland pony.

Rosie is great to groom and catch. She will trot when asked to. She never bolts or bucks. She always stays in position as well. Rosie is very loveable. She is very good when ridden solitary, but when she is ridden in groups, she gets ornery. She will let the other ponies know that she is the boss by trying to kick and bite them, although most of the time that can be prevented. All in all, Rosie is a great pony.
