Daisy the Burro (by Mr. Keller) Daisy was adopted by Westernaires well over 25-years ago from the BLM wild burros program. while Mr. Wyland was still the Westernaires Director. When Westernaires first started using Daisy in the pageants at Festival of the West and Annual show, it took three "prospectors" to get her through the pageant. One prospector pulled and the other two pushed! Eventually Daisy's attitude displayed considerable improvement and other than her yearly appearance in the Westernaire pageants, she was entered in several burro competitions at the National Western Stock Show. Daisy has won several ribbons in those competitions. Daisy by Leah Daisy is such a sweetheart! It is so cute to see her hanging out with all the ponies in their pasture. It is even cuter to hear her braying to the whole Fort. You could hear her almost down to the arenas! Daisy is always ready to meet you at the fence to check and make sure that you aren't hiding any cookies from her. She is so loveable. I'm glad Westernaires has her! Daisy by Ayrin Daisy is so cute I'm not going to copy what Margaret wrote, but I will tell you some things that I know about Daisy! I really love Daisy! Se is really loud when it comes to feed time and you can hear her from far away! She is gray and has white on her face. You should come see her. She is so cute!!! Daisy by Margaret Daisy is the sweetest burro you may ever meet! She has the common gray body color with a black stripe that runs the length of her back and down her tail. daisy is about 25 and still in shows with Terry. Daisy and Terry are like peas and carrots, (they like each other) and boy are they cute together! Just look at that photo! In the shows, Daisy plays the part of the pack mule, while Terry plays the prospector. Daisy is a sweet part of the pony pasture and love by almost everyone that meets her. Hey Westernaire!
